Hi! My name is Midzi.
My love for digital products bloomed early on thanks to the Sega Saturn my dad bought us. Seeing it bring out such a varied range of emotions in my family really inspired me to try to do the same in my adulthood.
After graduating from DigiPen Institute of Technology with a BA in Game Design, I landed a job with goGame (back then a subsidiary of Sega; truly a full circle moment!) as a UI/UX designer working on websites and game UI for mobile games and also a mobile gaming platform.
The adjectives “fun”, “competent”, and “entertaining” have often been used to describe me. With my ability to comfortably communicate with developers (thanks to my game development background!) and the UX skills I’ve developed from my time spent in General Assembly’s UXDI bootcamp, I believe I would be an asset to any team.
